FROM ARTIST TO WORKSHOP LEADER

with Beth Cougler Blom, Learning Designer

 9am to 12pm, Tuesday, June 9

Fee by Donation to Sooke Arts Council

ABOUT THE WORKSHOP

This three-hour participatory workshop is designed for artists and creators who lead, or would like to lead, art-related workshops through Sooke Arts Council. Together, we’ll explore how to create a welcoming, engaging, and inclusive learning experience for participants, even if you have little or no formal teaching experience.

Beth brings expertise in facilitation, adult learning, and workshop design, while participants bring their own artistic knowledge, creative practices, and real-life questions. Through discussion, shared reflection, and practical activities, you will learn simple approaches for planning and leading art workshops that help others feel comfortable, involved, and inspired.
