Join in the fun by creating your own natural artworks using only driftwood, stones, shells, and other treasures found along the shore.
- Registration opens at 11:30 AM onsite, and there will be cash prizes for the most creative designs.
- Start with a treat from Sooke Harbour House Bakery where they invite you to sit in their gardens.
- Enjoy live music on the beach by Bodeus.
It's going to be a wonderful afternoon of community, art, and nature.

Sunday Studio Sessions
Sundays Beginning September 28th
Join us every week for Sunday Studio Sessions at the Sooke Arts Council Studio from 1–4 PM. These drop-in sessions are a chance to create, connect, and grow alongside fellow artists in a welcoming and inspiring environment. Each week features a different working artist who shares their medium, techniques, and real-world experience, making every session unique.
Sessions start at $15 donation, you’ll not only enjoy hands-on learning and creative exploration, but you’ll also be supporting SAC’s ongoing arts initiatives in the Sooke region.
Check our online calendar for upcoming instructors, session titles and additional material costs - and make Sunday afternoons your time for art!
